Grenner has a hard time with Dresten leaving. At one point he becomes so enveloped in desperate daydreaming and disregard for his own health(stops eating, drinks heavily)that Galek has to intervene and attempt to get Grenner back to his pre-Dresten self. Galek would rather deal with annoying jabs, mouthy smartass remarks, and the general ruffian behavior that Grenner harbored than a dispirited, short worded hull that Grenner starts to lose himself to. Galek leans on Grenner for emotional support a lot, so when he's not available to converse with normally, he ends up frustrated.
